The house was already undergoing a wider refurbishment, making it the perfect moment to integrate a full renewable upgrade. With plenty of roof space for solar, room for heat pumps, and a dedicated plant room, the property was ideally suited for a whole-home renewable energy transformation that would work quietly in the background while keeping every room warm.
To achieve this, Renewable Planet designed and installed an integrated energy solution tailored to the property’s needs. High-efficiency solar PV panels generate clean electricity throughout the day, while a battery storage system captures excess energy for use during the evening and periods of high demand. An air source heat pump provides efficient, low-carbon heating and hot water, working seamlessly alongside underfloor heating to maintain a comfortable indoor climate across all three floors.
Every element of the system was carefully planned to maximise energy efficiency, reduce reliance on the grid, and provide long-term savings for the homeowners.
