How We Handle Complaints

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

  • Investigate the issue thoroughly
  • Keep you informed of progress where appropriate
  • Work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible
We aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if 8 weeks have passed and your complaint has not been resolved, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
